Santa Claus endangers safety inside the prison by Thomas-Meyer Falk
Some time ago I reported about the governmental advisor Mrs X who
started to serve in the Bruchsal prison on November 11th, 2002, and
untiringly fights for law and order. Recently balloons were the object
of her fight - balloons which I wished to obtain, but did not get.
http://www.indymedia.org/2002/12/36137.shtml On December 10th, 2002, this lady enriched the law courts by another event; an event which shall not be kept secret to the public. In order to allow for a better understanding I want to note the following. The administration of the prison is entitled to supervise the contents of the correspondence of the inmates if this is necessary in terms of "treatment", safety or order (§29 Abs.III StrVollzGes; www.knast.net). §180, VIII StrVollzGes entitles the administration, as far as this is necessary, to file copies of letters. The heroin of our story, the abovementioned governmental advisor, had to supervise a letter on December 9th, 2002, in which I ironically complained about the fact that Santa Claus had forgotten to fill my shoes with a file, a saw and a rope. What kind of earthquake this must have started in the prison administration!? Was this a secret hint for plans to break out of the prison?? Besides: the letter was addressed to a female inmate in another prison in G. Well, we will never get to know which kind of vibrations this passage about the unreliable Santa Claus created; however I learned that this passage was filed in a neatly typed version because it affected the "safety of the prison" and was relevant to future decisions about the safety measures to be taken against me. (For three years I have been kept in strict isolation.) On the very same day I wrote to the law court so that judges may think about Santa Claus - and you may foresee or fear: if there are new developments concerning this "Santa Claus affair", I will report them, so that as many people as possible may learn about the creativity of governmental advisor Mrs X and praise her. Two or three more decisions like this one, and she shall be a candidat for the "Bundesverdienstkreuz 1. Klasse" (highest merit of the Federal Republic of Germany). |
